Returns
We stand behind everything we sell. We guarantee satisfaction; if the machine arrives damaged we will happily issue a refund and have you ship the machine back to us. We have a 30 day window for returns once arrived to the buyer.
Shipping
We ship strictly UPS Ground for all machines, and USPS Ground Advantage for small items and fabric. Handling time: we ship within 1 business day. Estimated delivery: 2-5 days.
